The Astronomy Badge
has some of the most difficult requirements to complete. Observation of the moon must be made over a month and the paths of the planets can take many months!

Bring our portable planetarium to your special event
for an exciting experience your guests will remember!
Programs can be scheduled to start every 15 or 30 minutes (10 minute or 25 minute programs with 5 minutes to change groups)
You pick the content: (content limited by the length of program you choose)
- Objects in the night sky - multiple stars, red giants, star clusters, nebulae & galaxies you can see with your eye & binoculars
- Constellations visible at sunset that night and mythologies of cultures from around the world
- Planets visible that night and the structure of our Solar System
- Day, night and the change of seasons - the Earth's rotation on its axis, its orbit around the Sun & the tilt of Earth's axis
- Phases of the moon
- Solar eclipses, lunar eclipses & tides
- Shooting stars, falling stars, meteors & meteor showers
